What stays in your browser
The calculators remember the numbers you type (rates, occupancy, costs, your painted calendar) in your browser's localStorage so they are still there next time. That data never leaves your device on its own. You can erase it any time:
AI review
If you press "Review my numbers", the scenario shown on screen (numbers such as nightly rates and costs, plus any question you type) is sent to our server and passed to an AI model through Vercel AI Gateway to generate the reply. We don't attach your identity and we don't store the request. Don't type personal details into the question box.
Analytics
We use Ahrefs Web Analytics to count page views. It is cookieless and does not build a profile of you.
Hosting
The site is hosted on Vercel, which keeps standard server logs (such as IP address and time of request) for security and operations.
Not financial advice
Everything on HostRev is an estimate for planning. Check local short-term rental rules, your lender and a qualified tax professional before making decisions.
